On the morning of Saturday November 10th, 2007 (1am est. - 4am est.) Resposio will be conducting an upgrade to our email server to better help control security attacks and add in more advanced spam filtering.

We expect this upgrade to take anywhere from one to three hours. We thank you for your patience in this matter as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Some of the software upgrade features are listed below:

• Advanced Spam Filters: The new software better helps control who can and cannot send email to you.
• SMTP Authentication: SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) authentication completely eliminates the option for a third party to send email through your email address.
  * SMTP Authentication will be required for all Resposio accounts.
• Improved spell check now supports over 20 languages
• New release of SmarterMail Sync for Outlook, now syncs shared contacts
